• Parcels are insured during shipment according to declared value
• Delicate gemstones are cushioned and protected to prevent damage

5. Tracking & Delivery

• Tracking numbers are provided once the courier collects the shipment
• Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days, depending on destination
• The courier will notify the buyer of the expected delivery date

6. Insurance

We highly recommend full-value insurance for all shipments to protect your investment:

• Optional for low-value stones
• Mandatory for high-value stones
• Coverage includes: Loss, theft, or damage in transit

Insurance is added at the buyer’s cost and is handled through the courier service.

7. International Buyer Protection

Our shipping system provides multiple layers of protection:

• Government inspection verifies authenticity and quality before shipment
• Tamper-proof seals prevent substitution or alteration
• Courier verification – parcels accepted only with intact seals
• Documentation – buyer receives exactly the gemstone described in the invoice

8. Multiple Parcels or Large Orders

For orders exceeding $50,000 USD or 5+ gemstones, we may:

• Ship in multiple separate parcels for security
• Require direct contact to finalize export documents
• Arrange specially insured courier pickup at the NGJA export office

We will communicate with you directly to coordinate large order shipments.
